How long have you been in business?
We were incorporated in 2006 and started trading in 2007. From our modest beginnings we have grown considerably and now supply many prestigious laboratories throughout the world with our advanced products for Elemental Analysis and Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry. We also operate a commercial laboratory providing analytical services in stable isotope and elemental analysis.
Where do your products come from?
We manufacture most of our products in our factory in Cornwall. We have our own silica glassblowing shop, press shop, reagent manufacturing plant, laboratories and an engineering workshop.
Can I buy directly from you?
Yes. You can obtain quotations and place orders directly with OEA Labs in the United Kingdom. We ship worldwide on a regular basis. We have non-exclusive distributors in some countries if you prefer to order locally. Please email us for details of distributors in your country.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. We can provide free technical support for instruments and applications even if you are not a customer. Please call us.
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
We aim to be competitive on price without compromising quality or performance. Additional discounts may be available on specific products, large orders and for regular customers. Please enquire.
Can you supply items not listed in your catalogue?
Yes. We may be able to manufacture the item you require or obtain it from within our network of contacts. Please enquire.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. We positively welcome and encourage small orders. We are here to service your requirements large and small.
How can I pay for my order?
We can accept payment by credit card for both domestic and international transactions. Some of our international customers pay us by cheque as they would pay their domestic suppliers. Payments can also be made by international bank transfer or BACS. We currently invoice in Pounds Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars or New Zealand Dollars. It is possible for us to invoice in other currencies so please enquire. We can set up an immediate 30 day account for bona fide companies, organisations and academic institutions.
